The Kabalega Restaurant is both a dining room and a living gallery, displaying antique pieces inspired by the Bunyoro Kitara Empire. Each artifact tells a tale of the traditional life of the peoples who thrived in this region.
Named after the warrior king who resisted colonisation from these very hills, the restaurant offers not just a meal but an experience that honours the heritage of one of Africa's great leaders.
Our kitchen serves Ugandan and international dishes, with a children's menu available. Breakfast is served from 7:00 to 10:00 am — and for safari departures we arrange early breakfasts and packed lunches so you reach Murchison Falls or Budongo on time.
